Our application form is available for you to complete and submit by clicking the ‘APPLY ONLINE NOW’ tab above.


PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING STEPS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING


BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION YOU CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING:


1. That you have inspected the property. Please note; we will not accept any application if haven’t viewed the property first!

2. Each lease holder MUST fill out an application.

3. That no application submitted is confirmation that you will be accepted for the property and your application is subject to landlord approval.

4. That you consent to the information in this application being verified and, reference check on Trading References Australia (TRA) being undertaken.

5. That you aren’t bankrupt and that the information you have provided is true and correct.

6. If your application is approved, you will be required to leave a one weeks’ deposit within 24 hours of being approved.

7. All tenants must pay their rent via DEFT Payment System, Money Order or Bank / Personal Cheque only.  


WHEN APPLYING:


Please be as thorough as possible ensuring that all fields are entered correctly and that all referees are available so that we can get through your application as quickly as possible.


In addition to your application, we will require the following scanned attachments as follows;


- Driver’s license - Passport - Proof of age card - Birth certificate

- Medicare card - Proof of income, i.e. last 4 x pay receipts

- Proof of employment, i.e. Contract/ letter from employer

- Latest bank statement

- Latest tenant ledger

- Copy of rates notice(s), i.e. Water, Council or Strata levies

Please note, if self-employed we will require your latest tax return and business registration certificate.


HOLDING DEPOSIT:


WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT A HOLDING DEPOSIT WHEN;


1. Once an application has been approved by the landlord. 

2. If accepted then a holding deposit equivalent to one’s weeks rent will need to be paid to reserve the property in favour of you. This will need to be paid within 24 hours of approval.

3. When a deposit has been received, the property will be reserved for you and no other deposits will be taken. Please note, should you fail to sign the lease on the day as arranged with your Property Manager you will forfeit the property and also forfeit your holding deposit. 

4. The Holding Deposit will be paid towards the initial bond for this property. 

5. Should you decide not to proceed with this application, the Landlord may retain the full amount of the holding deposit. 

6. That the holding deposit will be banked into a Trust Account.
